Continuous Improvement

Since 2009 we have implemented a light Kaizen (the translation of kai ("change") zen ("good") is "improvement").

The core principle of CIP is the self reflection of processes.

The purpose of Continuous Improvement is the identification, reduction, and elimination of suboptimal processes and the emphasis of CIP is on incremental, continual steps rather than giant leaps.

Improvements are based on many, small changes rather than the radical changes that most often arise from the feedback we received from our clients and candidates.
