Diversity Monitoring
The purpose of the Diversity Monitoring Protocol is to assist companies in using age, disability, ethnicity, faith/belief, gender and sexual orientation categories when collating information about service users/non-users and residents.Diversity monitoring enables a company to :
- ensure employees are treated fairly
- identify the different needs of its diverse employees
- demonstrate how services are delivered in a fair and equal way to all employees
- shape new and existing employee services around needs
- find out whether satisfaction rates vary between different employees.
