Diversity Monitoring

The purpose of the Diversity Monitoring Protocol is to assist companies in using age, disability, ethnicity, faith/belief, gender and sexual orientation categories when collating information about service users/non-users and residents.

Diversity monitoring enables a company to :
  • ensure employees are treated fairly
  • identify the different needs of its diverse employees
  • demonstrate how services are delivered in a fair and equal way to all employees
  • shape new and existing employee services around needs 
  • find out whether satisfaction rates vary between different employees.
